Support the team in the Validation of New Processes to the Plant, Process improvements, MIPs, SNCs, and NPDs
Support Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc
Support Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements
Support Lead assigned projects
create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are respected
Support Continuously interacts with all the required functions and individuals ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
Support Ensures identification and communication of projects risks to superiors

Support the design and execution of experiments using statistical/DOE-based approaches
Collect, organize, and clearly communicate experimental data through reports, presentations, and lab notebooks
Collaborate with strain engineering, fermentation, and analytics teams to ensure smooth hand-off of strains and data
