Job Responsibility:
Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Provide timely updates and maintain a positive candidate experience
Take end-to-end responsibility for internship recruitments
Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Create and post job advertisements
Help with onboarding activities
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Fluent in English
Good German skills
Ideally able to start in February
Commit to a 6‑month internship
