Join IKEA as an Intern in Sustainability and help us develop innovative solutions for our BuyBack ReSell project and Social Impact Program. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas can shape the future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a pricing model for the BBRS service
  • Analyze data and translate findings into pragmatic approaches for stores
  • Connect with beneficiaries, co-workers, and customers to enhance the Social Impact Program
  • Organize and lead projects or programs to increase social impact within budget constraints
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement and monitor sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

  • Doing this internship as part of your school's degree
  • Passionate about sustainability and social impact
  • Knows about data science/econometrics or a relevant degree
  • Experience in organizing and leading projects or programs is a pre
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
