Job Responsibility:

  • Gain experience in the daily work of Human Resources (HR)
  • Support personnel document archiving processes
  • Learn about employee document flow and registration processes
  • Support the administration and tracking of mandatory health check-up (MHC) documentation.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate, or final year of study
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (to communicate with colleagues abroad)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office).
