Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as: INTERN IN FUEL ACCOUNTING. Type of Employment: Temporary position for 6 months. Location: Riga, Latvia. Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided).

Job Responsibility:

  • Support fuel invoice processing and matching invoices with purchase orders
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and accounting-related issues
  • Participate in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
  • Gain practical insight into Fuel Accounting processes
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Finance team

Requirements:

  • To be a student in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Interest in building a career in Finance and Accounting
  • Fluency in English (to communicate with colleagues in Europe) and Latvian, both written and spoken
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
