Job Description:

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for an intern in the Customer Contact Centre Department for a six-month paid internship. You will be responsible for customer support, account administration, and communication via phone and email. Job Responsibility:

Takes care of our customers via phone and email
Is responsible for customer support and account administration
Reports any suspicious activity aligned with fraud prevention measures

Requirements:

Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
Is ready to work in a day shift (8-18)
Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems
Is fluent in English and Latvian to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in Europe
