During your internship, you will contribute to: Manage the complete employee life cycle, from hiring to termination; Support managers in applying HR policies and making informed decisions; Support the implementation of initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement; Prepare different analysis and presentations (employee recognition, key HR performance indicators, recruitment, compensation, HR activities, etc.); Continuous improvement of HR processes. During your internship, you will learn: Different aspects of the HR Business partner role such as Compensation, Talent acquisition, Onboarding and integration, Leadership development, International mobility, Talent management, Engagement and retention, Performance management, Disciplinary management; How to adapt HR practices to organizational realities and team needs; How to use digital HR tools (HRIS, engagement platforms, etc.); How to thrive in this role? You are enrolled in a bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations or business administration; You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with strong abilities in Excel; You have good communication skills, both verbal and written; You are well organized, energetic, rigorous, and motivated; You speak and write in French and English. Boarding Information: Location: Administrative Centre (CA); Duration: 8 months; Flexible workplace-Hybrid. It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
