The HRIS Operations Intern will support the HRIS team in creating and organizing comprehensive documentation for HR systems, workflows, and operational protocols. This includes gathering existing resources, defining processes, mapping workflows, and consolidating best practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across HR operations. The role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts and HRIS team members to produce high-quality reference materials for onboarding and ongoing use.
Job Responsibility
Information Gathering & Research: Collect existing SOPs, escalation protocols, FAQs, and workflow diagrams
Conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and domain leads under HRIS guidance
Documentation & Workflow Definition: Draft and organize content for multiple documentation types, including process overviews, procedures, workflow maps, escalation paths and compliance notes
Knowledge Base Integration: Upload finalized documentation into the HRIS knowledge base for easy access and reference
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Ability to analyze processes and present them clearly in documentation and workflows
Familiarity with HR systems or process mapping tools is a plus
