Job Description:

To provide support to employees on pay queries, benefits and other HR processes such onboarding, HR Reporting, HR Systems and ad-hoc HR Projects. To ensure adoption of local policies and procedures across the business. Delivers projects such as, but not limited to continuous process improvements on digital solutions and automations and supporting operational managers with various projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivers simple, reliable, employee centric HR processes and services to enhance exceptional employee experience
  • Responsible for EIC management to resolve employee queries within agreed timelines or according to the service level agreements in place
  • Delivers and work with relevant stakeholders to conduct onboarding/ offboarding processes
  • Supports recognition programmes roll out and deliver initiatives to increase utilization
  • Provides support services for employee benefits and other HR transactions related but not limited to leave management, medical aid and provident fund to support Payroll Administration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
