Job Responsibility

  • Follow-up and manage due diligence for candidates
  • Develop and finalize documents required for the integration of new employees
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate files throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide HR support to interns and managers, providing advice and facilitating day-to-day management
  • Work closely with managers, HR business partners and universities to support recruitment initiatives
  • Conduct telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates, as required
  • Contribute to the organization of various activities for interns, including internal networking events and happy hours
  • Represent the company at Bombardier university events
  • Contribute to the optimization of internship and recruitment processes, in particular during the transition to our candidate management system
  • Perform analyses on HR data to contribute to strategic decisions

Requirements

  • You are studying for a bachelor’s degree in administration (preferably in human resources)
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Word and Excel)
  • You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French)
  • You are thorough and meticulous
  • You are organized and well structured
  • You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor
  • You are creative and proactive in problem solving
  • You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required
