Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the team to maintain accurate data in the project management database at all stages of the hotel project life cycle
  • Maintenance of the team’s database of hotel owners/ investor groups
  • Assist with project governance, including tracking owner due diligence records
  • Track and report on the latest market trends, key lodging statistics, and competitor benchmarking
  • Assist the team with data validation and reconciling data across different teams
  • Assist the team in updating collaterals, deal support, presentations, and research
  • Assist the team on owner marketing event planning
  • Support the team on special projects/ strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance or Business Management preferred
  • Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass
  • Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
  • Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, and strong report-writing capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • knowledge of other MS Power tools a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
