Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE projects.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.
  • Support the updating of environmental aspects and occupational risk assessments.
  • Contribute to the management of hazardous waste processes.
  • Participate in safety and environmental awareness and communication campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of procedures, work instructions, and management system formats.
  • Support the management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and updating of project documentation.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings.
  • Track assigned tasks and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure completion.
  • Support in the preparation of progress reports and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to the identification of risks and improvement opportunities within projects.
  • Maintain project documentation organized and up to date.
  • Collaborate in internal communication activities related to projects.

Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • You hold an advanced English proficiency level (written and verbal communication).
  • You have knowledge of basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • You hold strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • You are profieint in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
  • You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • You have the ability to work with data, develop reports, and present findings.
  • You hold strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You have knowledge of PMI methodology (preferable).
  • You have previous experience through internships or academic projects (preferable).
  • You have participated in environmental management or HSE-related projects (preferable).
  • You have experience or involvement in internal audits (preferable).
