Job Description:

An opportunity to support a high-impact transformation project for Circle K's merchandising team. The role involves gathering and organizing item master data from vendors, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to a Fortune 500 company's operations.

Job Responsibility:

Track down product and assortment data from vendors to populate the item master database
research company contacts using internal, external tools, and org charts
communicate clearly via phone and email
collaborate with Category Managers and internal teams to gather missing data
follow up persistently to receive complete data on time
stay organized using shared inboxes, spreadsheets, and task tracking.

Requirements:

Currently a student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
goal-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated
comfortable reaching out to new contacts and following up
highly organized
strong written and verbal communication skills
proficient in Outlook and Excel
a fast learner.
