We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated FX Dealer intern to join our growing team in Milan, Italy. Are you enthusiastic and do you want to grow with us? Come and joins us! You will have the opportunity to join a growing team who will help you gain knowledge and experience in the FX industry. You will have essential exposure to the FX market, learn how to quote rates, close an FX deal and monitor various currencies’ positions through mentoring. Below you will find a list of your duties and responsibilities as soon as you have gained enough knowledge and confidence in dealing with a client by yourself.

Job Responsibility:

  • As soon as a client has been introduced to our platform by the Sales Executive team and has made transactions, you are the client’s point of contact
  • You ensure the growth of your portfolio by initiating and executing proactive cross-sell & up-sell strategies
  • You build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • You have meetings in face to face with your clients
  • You work closely with our FX Sales team in order to maximize your clients’ satisfaction
  • You optimize international payments, FX exposure and hedging strategies for clients
  • You analyze companies' currency risk management
  • You raise awareness and support companies on currency issues
  • You help clients to fully understand features of our platform and to use them
  • You help your clients with their daily needs
  • You collect customer feedback and needs and share within our organization
  • KPIs: Cross sell, Up sell, Churn & NPS

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in the financial industry and especially in financial products
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing position or sales
  • Customer-oriented
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player
  • Extremely motivated with the drive to learn and succeed in this role
