Ensure the accuracy and timely of all entries posted Prepare Creditor Reconciliation Ensure there are not long outstanding invoices Ensure the month end Accounts Payable closing is complete on a timely and accurate basis in accordance with established closing calendar Ensure the withholding tax are paid within a week from the date of payment Monthly Submission & Payment was done one week before the due date Liaise with banks for any banking issues related to payments Liaise with Internal & External Auditors on matters related to Accounts Payable Other adhoc tasks
