Job Responsibility

  • Create presentation decks using PowerPoint
  • Coordinate and collate data / information with different teams
  • Review and summarize Financial reports
  • Perform basic analysis using Excel and other relevant analytical tools
  • Take lead of projects such as Capital expenditure, Budget preparation
  • Manage and respond to e-mails in an effective, organized and professional way
  • Assist supervisor in facilitating appointments, organize meeting schedule and prepare agenda
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and procedures
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in a local university or hotel school degree program at time of application
  • Able to commit to a six months’ internship
