Marriott International is seeking a university student passionate about establishing a career in the hospitality industry. The intern will support Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives across the Singapore office and APEC region. Key responsibilities include executing employer branding campaigns, tracking social media metrics, supporting HR initiatives, coordinating engagement events, and enhancing communication content. The role provides extensive learning objectives, such as understanding the hospitality industry, improving creative skills, stakeholder engagement, project management, and applying academic knowledge to professional challenges.
Job Responsibility:
Execute employer brand initiatives on social media or in-house events in collaboration with the markets
Track social media metrics and results related to the success of campaigns
Update employer brand page for Marriott Careers Australia and local job boards
Create creatives such as collaterals, videos, social media posts for recruitment and employer branding events
Support Australia team to roll out Corporate Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions initiatives in areas of HR Systems, Recruitment, Human Capital Planning, Employer Branding, and College Relations
Research and maintain candidate pool database to support talent planning initiatives
Generate report, analyze data / metrics, and propose recommendations for TAMS metrics
Research latest HR trends on sourcing methods and technology to improve work processes
Organize and participate in regional office associate event
Organize and support regional associate engagement events and internal communications initiatives
Maintain and update the monthly HR initiatives calendar as part of internal project coordination
Participate in the review and enhancement of communication content on DLZ (Digital Learning Zone)
Requirements:
Strong interest in honing creative and marketing skills within the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding space
Creativity and interest in digital marketing
Familiarity with using major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.)
Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Good proficiency in design or video editing software
Good proficiency in PowerPoint
