Job Description:

Internship at Bombardier, a global leader in aviation, focused on innovation in passenger comfort, energy efficiency, reliability and safety. The intern will work on electrical systems integration for business airplanes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and/or participate in technical meetings aiming at identifying improvement solutions for our electrical systems
  • Prepare engineering documents for the electrical systems associated to our Challenger 350/3500/650 and Global 5500/6500/7500/8000 airplanes
  • Propose, elaborate and test novel approaches or solutions to optimize our business airplanes on aspects such as: emissions reduction, costs, weight, performance, customer satisfaction, etc
  • Contribute to trade studies associated to new technology introduction and integration on aircraft
  • Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data to propose improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • You are studying in an engineering degree (aerospace, electrical, avionic or systems)
  • You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
  • You would like to contribute to improving our future airplanes
  • You have a good ability to synthesize, are proactive and like to bring new ideas
  • You are familiar and enjoy working with Matlab and VBA (for Excel)
