Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Assist in upgrading and maintaining existing .NET websites and applications. Support the development of scalable and efficient .NET software applications. Learn and contribute to development projects using .NET Core, MVC, and Microservices architecture. Collaborate with team members to analyze system requirements and break down tasks for development. Debug and review .NET applications under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in drafting software and application operating procedures. Deliver assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET)
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and basic design patterns
  • Exposure to .NET development frameworks like MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular)
  • Knowledge of REST API development and database interaction using ADO.NET or Entity Framework
  • Basic experience or understanding of T-SQL and MS SQL Server
  • Exposure to tools like Postman for API testing and Git-based version control systems
  • Awareness of issue-tracking tools such as JIRA

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of ASP.NET Web Forms is a plus
  • Familiarity with Twilio programmable communication APIs is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT Authentication, Onion Architecture, Hangfire, or CQRS Pattern is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
