Job Description

The Full Time Contractor – Distribution Oversight will assist with the completion of a key regulatory project, affecting a significant portion of Waystone’s clients. The project will run from 1 April – 30 September 2026. The project will require the collation and review of sets of data and documents, and the online submission of same via an online portal. The data sets contain multiple data points which must be transcribed in an accurate and consistent manner over the project period. Comprehensive training will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.

  • Transcribe data from one source to another, capturing all relevant data points accurately
  • Be agile and pivot from one task to another where required
  • Work to meet all set deadlines and deliver all work assigned on time

Requirements

  • An internationally recognised 3rd level degree
  • It is preferable if the candidate has relevant experience in completing data driven projects
  • Be highly proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Possess excellent communication skills where updates or queries can be presented in a clear format
  • Work to tight deadline
  • Prioritize work highlighted by Management as being a priority and report regularly on progress
