Job Description

The L&G Dublin Distribution internship is an 8-week programme, running from June to August. During this time, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills, gain valuable insights, and get hands-on work experience. You will be assigned to one of our Dublin Distribution teams for your 8-week placement.

Job Responsibility

  • Gaining an understanding of the various Distribution client relationships
  • Learning about our sales strategies and product offerings
  • Experiencing how we build and manage client and stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting in query management and the preparation of presentation and pitch material
  • Collaborating with other internal departments and teams
  • Having guidance from your team and manager, who will support you and teach you the day‑to‑day role
  • Being part of a big team and developing your collaboration skills
  • Having the opportunity to meet and network with new colleagues within your team and across the wider organisation

Requirements

  • On track for a 2.1 Degree in any subject – we are open to all subject backgrounds
  • In your penultimate of University (i.e. graduating in 2027)
