Job Description:

Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a current university student who is passionate and keen to establish a long-term career in the hospitality industry. The intern will work for Marriott’s Destination & Loyalty Marketing team, assisting in various marketing activities and campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in executing loyalty marketing activities
  • Support with the Marriott Bonvoy Moments program
  • Loyalty events management, ad-hoc requests and coordination
  • Liaise with event, brand and PR agencies
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for loyalty team
  • Assist with the execution and launch of integrated marketing initiatives across the Loyalty, Portfolio and Destination campaigns
  • Support with integrated marketing planning of initiatives and campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Provide support in preparing post-campaign reports with light analysis work required
  • Assist in campaign content needs
  • Help the team on any ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the execution of event activations, including coordination, attendee engagement, and on-site support

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred
  • Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
  • Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States
  • Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
  • Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
