As an Intern in Customer Behaviour, you will analyze the buying process for IKEA sofas, identifying key drivers and barriers. You will work onsite in Haarlem, Netherlands for 3-4 months, starting in early September. Job Responsibility:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey for IKEA’s sofas
identify criteria that consumers find most important when purchasing sofas
analyze drivers and barriers for IKEA and its key competitors
understand the specific journeys for different income groups and lifestyle segments
learn about willingness to pay at IKEA versus willingness to pay at competitors.
Requirements:
Doing this internship as part of your school's degree
following an education at a Dutch school
passionate about consumer behavior and commercial analysis
skilled in data analysis with an HBO education level
proficient in English
able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
able to work from the office in Haarlem at least 50% of your time.
Nice to have:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data
experience in understanding customer journeys and consumer behavior
excellent organizational and communication abilities.
