Are you keen on helping shape the future of Allianz in Asia, a key region of growth for the organization? Join our regional agency/bancassurance distribution team in the Asian headquarters and experience first-hand the innerworkings and the strategic steering of the Life and Health insurance business units. You will collaborate with various external & internal stakeholders and support the regional team in different projects, contributing to the transformation of the distribution channel. This is your chance to gain insights and valuable practical experience in the financial services and insurance industry, more specifically in the areas of corporate strategy and distribution, all while working in an international environment with exposure to various markets in Asia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support analysis regarding distribution management activities via management dashboards and reports in the areas of distribution and corporate strategy
  • Analyze current trends, key players, and market developments across Asia
  • Review of company financials, growth drivers, economic factors changing the insurance landscape in Asia
  • Provide data analysis and interpretation of relevant agency, bancassurance, customer & market data
  • Contribute to and support the regional growth strategy to transform the distribution channel
  • Project management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives in relation to development & execution of distribution ecosystem strategies
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders across the region
  • Support the creation of convincing market development pitches

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated & affinity to work in high performance team– fast learning is key
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Programming and data analytic skills are a plus
