Job Responsibility

Assist with project estimating, including reviewing plans, performing material takeoffs, and supporting bid proposals
Help coordinate pre-construction and construction activities, schedules, and project documentation
Support field operations by reviewing daily reports, timesheets, and assisting with site visits
Track project costs, budgets, and basic forecasts using Excel and project tools
Organize and maintain project documents (contracts, change orders, reports)
Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and internal reports
Support project closeout activities such as as-builts and closeout packages
Learn and follow safety, quality, and compliance standards
Assist with additional projects as assigned
