Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and people-oriented Intern to join the Tiki | Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our brand’s presence through high-impact projects support, community engagement and influencer management. Join us for a hands-on, high-impact experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Support & Coordination: Coordinate marketing campaigns and events by managing project trackers, performance metrics, and meeting documentation
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all action items are followed up
  • Community Development: Manage cross-platform engagement, identify brand advocates, and monitor sentiment
  • Create interactive content (polls, discussions, newsletters, etc.) with our community members across social platforms
  • Gather feedback to inform service improvements and foster a vibrant, active community
  • Influencer Development: Scouting: Research and identify emerging influencers and creators who align with our brand values
  • Outreach: Support the initial outreach process and help manage the communication pipeline
  • Management: Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring they have the assets (briefs, links, products) they need to succeed
  • Tracking: Monitor influencer content for quality and performance, keeping a database of reach and engagement
  • Livestream: Assist in set-up phase of TikTok live stream execution
  • Potential responsibility includes finding host or co-host live streams to display products, run campaigns, and interact personally with the audience
  • Support the development of engaging scripts and discussion prompts for effective live broadcasts
  • Execute additional responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:

  • Current Senior Student or Recent Graduate: Ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Social Media Native: Deep understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Zalo
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a "human-first" approach
  • Organization: A knack for spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
  • Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for instructions

  • Empathy: Ability to understand and advocate for the needs of both the community and the creators
