Job Responsibility:

  • Provides direct support to the Flight Operations and Maintenance departments by assisting with aircraft parts inventory management and daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with all aspects of project scope to include tracking, organizing, and maintaining aircraft parts inventory
  • Perform routine audits of inventory to ensure accuracy
  • Label, stock, and organize parts in storage areas
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel for parts availability
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with sensor installs/removals as needed and with daily administrative tasks
  • Observe and participate in aviation operations responsibilities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience required
  • Enrolled in community college courses, a college degree program, or formal continuing education program
  • Focus on aviation operations or maintenance is strongly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must hold a valid state driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check
