Job Responsibility

  • Register information related to claims cases as required and ensure the accuracy of the data entry
  • Collect and organize industry-related information relevant to claims
  • Provide general support, including: Assisting with proofreading and formatting documents and training materials
  • Completing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently enrolled
  • Preferred majors: Medicine, Insurance, Law, or related fields
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness
  • Strong ability to organize information and conduct logical analysis
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in data processing or basic analytical skills is a plus
