Job Responsibility

  • Work with the Capital Markets Team to achieve the Departments' growth strategy by providing business support to brokers and agents
  • Work closely with Brokers and Agents in preparation of Pitch presentations and Marketing Materials
  • Conduct market scoping and market research under the guidance of senior team members
  • Prepare Client Reports and other related documents required to satisfy client needs and requirements
  • Assist on deal-related administrative functions such as conducting Know-Your-Client (KYC) process and Billing Preparation
  • Liase and Coordinate with other administrative teams such as Admin and Finance with regard to deals being handled by the department

Requirements

  • Have experience using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have Good Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Have experience in preparing formal reports and presentations
  • Be comfortable reporting to the office Monday to Friday
  • Be comfortable to do field work and face to face client meetings
  • Be organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge on basic financial concepts (ROI, NPV) and Measures of return (Cap Rate, Yield) is preferred
