Job Description:

The Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) Administrative Assistant provides on-site administrative, facilities, safety, security, finance and records support to BGES business units across Türkiye. Reporting to the Türkiye Business Support Manager (Ankara) The incumbent ensures compliant, safe and efficient operation of the Ankara office and coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Front Office Management: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact: answer/triage phone calls, welcome and register visitors, manage courier shipments and mail
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics and maintain reception standards
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory
  • Facilities & Equipment: Log, track and resolve facility and equipment issues with Facilities Management and contracted vendors
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance and vendor access
  • ensure SLA compliance and documentation
  • Safety, Health & Security: Conduct monthly office safety checklist reviews and manage corrective actions using company tools
  • Maintain and update the site Business Preparedness Plan, Emergency Plan and Dialogic Scenarios
  • support quarterly testing and drills
  • Coordinate H&S training (first aid, AED, fire safety) and ensure compliance with local and Boeing policies
