Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (graduating December 2026 or later)
Fields of study including but limited to: Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Economics, International Trade, or Aviation Management
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Native or professional working proficiency)
High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice to have:
Passion for the aviation or aerospace industry
Previous internship experience in a multinational corporation (MNC), particularly in sales, marketing, or business development
Basic understanding of data analysis or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment
