Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate on current HR projects and take on responsibility for sub-projects (e.g., facilitate training, create process documentation)
  • Participate in the identification, implementation, optimisation, and standardisation of HR processes (e.g., global workflow improvements, change management)
  • Create communication materials (e.g., preparation of presentations and guidance documents) for different stakeholders up to senior-level
  • Support with the creation and monitoring of relevant HR KPIs and deriving insights
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests (analyses and reports) as well as trend research to stay on top of the current HR developments

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, management, psychology, or comparable course of study
  • Initial practical experience through internships is desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
  • Independent, responsible, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
  • Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
