Job Description:

Customer loyalty is driven by trust, differentiated membership experiences and positive perceived value. Membership Rewards, Amex’s longstanding loyalty program, has been one of our most important levers in achieving those. This role is at the forefront of boosting Amex’s brand presence through the upholding and transformation of Membership Rewards to suit evolving customers’ needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Digitization of Membership Rewards redemption – support the enhancement of digital redemption platforms such that the user experience is customer-centric and intuitive
  • Expansion of redemption options – propose new rewards options to improve prospective and existing members’ perception of Membership Rewards, and to solidify Amex’s brand proposition
  • Crafting and implementation of member communications to generate awareness of the above initiatives and drive redemption results
  • Support the selection and onboarding of the third-party dedicated for gift card and merchandise redemption

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Eager to learn, initiate new ideas and contribute in a collaborative environment
  • Organized, attentive to details, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
