Job Description

Boeing Japan is looking for an intern to be based in our Boeing Tokyo office. As an intern at Boeing Japan, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with global teams and learning from our industry-leading experts. You will rotate through several departments and functions: Sustainability, Government Affairs, Strategy, various business and corporate function (1-2 weeks/each) by conducting research, analyzing trends, and synthesize findings into a report that will be edited and published after the internship. You will not be able to select the organization, and the above list may be subject to change.The intern will acquire: An understanding of the global Boeing organization and its activities in Japan. Expertise on respective Business and Corporate initiatives in the aviation sector. Relationship building skills for the purpose of knowledge building. Clear and effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to regional leadership. Time and resource management skills to execute a professional product.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in and conduct day-to-day operation in the rotated business functions
  • Conduct analyses and research for specific projects to prepare reports that will be edited and published after internship
  • Interact and relationship with stakeholders in Boeing Japan Tokyo office stakeholders and its customers

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time for six weeks during the 2026 calendar year
  • Authorized to work in Japan (up to 40H/week)
  • Undergraduate, masters, or PhD students who will graduate between Oct 2026 and Jul 2028
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, high-quality research and to translate the analysis into a professional-quality report
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • English speaking and writing skills are essential
