We are seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern to assist our onsite Field Manager with active construction projects. This hands-on internship offers real-world experience supporting project coordination, documentation, inspections, and contractor communication. Ideal for students pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Building Technology who want practical field experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist Field Manager with daily onsite project coordination
  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and construction software
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and inspections
  • Attend progress meetings and record minutes
  • Support communication between contractors, field staff, and main office
  • Assist with field inspections and quality control
  • Help maintain organized and professional onsite office environment

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing degree in Construction Management or Building Technology
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • ability to learn new construction software
  • Strong organization and communication skills
