Job Responsibility:
Market research on new/recent projects
participate in hotel and market visits
take ownership of operational projects such as guest satisfaction, pre-openings
create and format presentation decks using PowerPoint
perform basic analysis using Excel and other relevant analytical tools
coordinate data / information collection with different teams
manage and respond to e-mails in an effective, organized and professional way
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and procedures
assist supervisor in facilitating appointments
assist team members other than your direct supervisor as needed
perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements:
Display strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling data
be initiative, proactive, creative and have the ability to 'think outside the box'
be responsible, well-organized and systematic in dealing with assignments
be flexible and adaptable to change and have awareness on different cultures in the region
organizing skill for associate workshops/events, capability to co-ordinate with different departments and exchange with hotels operations' team
have a good command of English – spoken and written
pro activeness and independence
have good interpersonal and communication skills - able to work in a team
tech savvy - proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Tableau PowerPoint and Outlook
