Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking Intern Analysts to be a part of our immersive 10 weeks internship program. Through collaboration, you can have an impact and make a difference for the entire company. Explore opportunities with us for a career in a supportive environment where you can learn and grow.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in our formal internship program and workshops
Work on various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures related to our Wealth & Invesment Management, Commercial Banking and Consumer Lending business
Receive guidance from mentor/manager and develop understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues

Requirements:

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accountancy, Economics or any related courses with an expected graduation date between April-June 2026
Your GPA for the last semester should be at least 1.75 and up or the equivalent

Nice to have:

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal form
Ability to collaborate as part of a team or committee
Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious, and has a genuine interest in learning and growth
Ability to quickly evaluate and solve analytical problems in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize insights from multiple sources into a clear story
