Job Responsibility

  • Supporting monthly activities: forecast preparation, actual results analysis
  • Consolidation of European Manufacturing Plants result
  • Working closely with Manufacturing team members as well as with Plant Controllers
  • Providing ad hoc analysis regarding volume & costs
  • Supporting annual plan process

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Last years students in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Availability 24+ hours per week

Nice to have

Knowledge of additional European languages will be an asset

  • Lead 'Margin over Volume' initiatives, identifying low-margin SKUs for rationalization to protect regional P&L health
  • Oversee multi-million dollar CAPEX proposals and implement robust inventory controls (SOX404) to mitigate obsolescence and optimize working capital
  • Attest to the accuracy of regional consolidated financial statements and present monthly operational review decks to global HQ
  • Ensure all 13 plants remain compliant with local tax regulations, IFRS/MFRS standards, and internal control frameworks
