Job Description

The People & Culture team supports the full employee lifecycle across TKO, partnering with leaders and employees to drive talent acquisition, People Ops, learning and development, total rewards, and employee engagement initiatives. The team works closely with People Partners and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, scalable programs, and a best-in-class employee experience that supports TKO’s high-performance culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative and project support across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and People Partner initiatives
  • Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including background screens, welcome communications, and onboarding documentation
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, turnover trends, and engagement data using AI-enabled analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations
  • Help develop and maintain AI-supported dashboards and reports to inform workforce planning and business decision-making
  • Support change management initiatives related to AI adoption, including documentation, training support, and feedback collection
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and intern social event coordination

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
  • rising Junior, rising Senior, or Graduate-level preferred
  • Strong interest in exploring and working in the field of HR/People post college
  • This role is based in either Stamford, CT or Las Vegas, NV and requires on-site presence
  • Proactive work mindset with a curiosity for how AI can build efficiencies and engagement for our People team
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • experience with Excel or dashboard tools preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
