Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers
  • Update customer profiles and monitor accounts
  • Enter data for transaction creation (receiving/shipping)
  • Verify that all transactions are compliant and complete
  • Verify that transactions and services have been correctly entered into the system and billed
  • Perform the required follow-ups to ensure that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and products shipped)
  • Create and modify customer account data
  • All other related and required tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a transportation, logistics or warehousing environment
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft suite, AS400 software
  • Ability to work in a changing environment & sense of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Good communicator and excellent customer service
  • Ability to be flexible in order to adapt to changing work priorities.
