Job Description

Join us to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. At Neo, we’re on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. Life at a rapidly scaling tech startup isn’t for everyone. It’s complex, fast-paced, high-pressure, but also incredibly fulfilling. Since its founding in 2019, Neo has gained incredible traction and is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Canada. At Neo, our ambition is bold: reinvent how Canadians experience financial services through world-class technology, design, and execution. We are scaling a high-performing group of builders and leaders, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to help fuel that growth. This isn’t just about filling seats—it’s a chance to help architect our organization. You’ll manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, partner with department leaders, and act as a key driver behind one of Canada’s fastest-growing fintechs. You won’t just support hiring; you’ll help lead it. You will be the engine behind how our teams scale, evolve, and strengthen. You’ll be trusted to provide market insights, challenge assumptions, and ensure we hire the right talent at the right time.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Execution: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial market mapping and pipeline creation to candidate evaluation, stakeholder coaching, and closing
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a partner to hiring managers, translating department needs into actionable hiring strategies and influencing decisions with real-world market intelligence
  • Operational Excellence: Use and improve our recruiting systems. Leverage tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce bias while maintaining a human-centered candidate experience
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze funnel analytics and hiring trends to identify risks and provide recommendations that improve hiring performance and conversion rates
  • Pipeline Building: Architect proactive and diverse sourcing strategies, including targeted campaigns and community engagement, to ensure long-term, sustainable hiring success

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high quality of hire and a premium candidate experience
  • Data Literacy: comfortable using funnel analytics and talent insights to guide day-to-day work and influence hiring manager decisions
  • Exceptional Communication: can craft a compelling narrative, challenge the status quo when necessary, and drive alignment across teams
  • Relationship-First Mindset: builds trust quickly, operates with high credibility, and acts as a true business partner rather than a "service provider"

What we offer

All team members have a stake in Neo’s success and earn meaningful equity through stock options
