This is a long-established Auckland multidisciplinary land development consultancy with a strong reputation earned over many decades of contribution to the city's growth. They bring together licensed cadastral surveyors, chartered engineers, and planning professionals under one roof, a genuinely integrated offering that's relatively rare in the local market. This company operates out of Auckland central and across a wide range of residential and mixed-use land development projects, from boundary surveys and cross-lease conversions through to complex subdivisions and multi-lot unit title developments. Their work spans the full project lifecycle, and they have built strong, long-standing relationships with clients and councils. The team is deliberately tight-knit. Directors are hands-on and actively involved in project delivery, and every team member has direct access to senior expertise. If you're after a firm where your work genuinely counts and you're not just a number, doing the same-same day in, day out, this is worth your attention. A genuine career opportunity!
