Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver structural design on projects across health, education, retail, tertiary and commercial buildings
  • Contribute across the full project lifecycle from early stages of design through procurement and construction monitoring
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Bring analytical rigour and sound engineering judgement to complex projects
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (or similar)
  • Ideally chartered, or working confidently toward chartership
  • 5+ years’ experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment
  • Strong technical capability
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver positive client experiences
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
