A chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy in Thames Ditton is looking to add an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team. The incoming Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join a firm that specialises in the delivery of exceptional High-End Residential projects that redefine luxury. This is your opportunity to take on greater responsibility and work on projects that make a statement.

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Basic Pre & Post Contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy firm
  • A valid UK driving license
  • High-End Residential project experience is highly desirable but not crucial
  • Local to Surrey area ideally
