Intermediate Process Reengineering Analyst

• Assist in conducting analyses of existing business processes
• Support development of process maps, workflows, and data models
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources
• Contribute to design and implementation of process improvements
• Assist in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Tableau
• Contribute to development and maintenance of centralized process repository
• Learn about industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Assist in development and maintenance of web-based applications and tools

• 2-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or closely related field
• English Advanced (Required)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools including Excel and SQL
• Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, web services, API integration, and data persistence
• Experience in front-end web development technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Python
• Proficiency using XML and related technologies for data interchange
• Experience with Git and understanding of collaborative software development workflows
• Experience developing web services and API, REST and SOAP-based services
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Developing analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with process mapping and modeling concepts
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field

• Eagerness to learn tools like Tableau (Desktop and Prep) and Power Query
• Willingness to learn tools such as Visio or other relevant software
