Intermediate Process Excellence by Lean

• Provide in-depth analysis when defining problems and proposing solutions
• Understand complex processes and drive pain point identification
• Provide business-focused advice on risk elimination & scale improvements
• Project & program management across global initiatives
• Developing framework and governance models for re-engineering delivery
• Support reviews on aligning work to strategic Target Operating Model
• Advise on resource management and allocation
• Maintain comprehensive grasp of business collaboration
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulations

• 4-8 years of experience in banking operations or similar industry
• Lean or similar re-engineering discipline
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more areas of Cash and Trade Operations
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
