Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Intermediate IT Workplace Engineer to join our AI, IT & Transformation team. In the context of international growth (300+ employees - 3 offices: Paris, London, New York), you will take charge of the complete management of our Apple ecosystem and play a key role in the company's operational continuity. You will be a member of the Corporate IT & Security department and report to our IT Manager. You will work in close collaboration with our Senior IT Engineer in the UK and with our IT Technician Apprentice for user support activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete management of our Apple ecosystem
  • Play a key role in the company's operational continuity
  • Management of Apple France fleet (~300 devices): MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV
  • Advanced administration of Kandji MDM
  • Management and operational maintenance of our DNS Proxy: Cloudflare Zero Trust
  • Update campaigns and security policy deployment (CIS Level 1)
  • Hardware inventory management and complete equipment lifecycle
  • Level 2 support for complex technical issues
  • IT onboarding of new employees
  • IT offboarding and equipment return
  • Daily equipment provisioning
  • User training and enablement
  • Meeting room management and audiovisual equipment (Google Meet Hardware)
  • Coordination with Office Management Team: Digital signage (Apple TV)
  • Building access control supervision (GENEA) operational maintenance
  • Relations with network and infrastructure providers (outsourced network)
  • Drive AI transformation by supporting internal AI Champions and leading digital transformation projects with an AI-first approach
  • Develop and deploy automations using make.com and other no-code tools to optimize processes
  • Ensure security through SIEM monitoring with Datadog, alert analysis, and participation in security committees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Apple environments
