As an Intermediate Creative, you’ll develop and deliver standout creative global campaigns, spanning digital, print, social, event collateral, and so much more. Working as part of our Brand and Creative team, you’ll help bring ideas to life that challenge the status quo of the security industry and build a strong, globally recognised brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate original and unique ideas to solve problems in response to briefs
  • Contribute to brainstorms and creative workshops, building on ideas collaboratively
  • Develop and execute great quality creative work across campaigns, ads, promotions, event collateral and activations
  • Use your design skills to ensure strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy)
  • Present and articulate creative thinking confidently to stakeholders
  • Uphold and evolve Gallagher Security’s brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the creative team, marketing, sales, and global stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and with external partners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative role (agency or in-house)
  • A tertiary qualification, ideally in design, advertising, marketing or similar
  • Strong graphic design capability, creative thinking, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Experience working across multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and executional craft
  • Confidence presenting ideas and creative thinking
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
