Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in civil and environmental engineering design for various development proposals
Proficiency in subdivision design and layout, earthworks, road and pavement design, stormwater management, wastewater disposal, and water supply systems
Strong project management skills, including scoping, timelines, and critical path analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have:
Experience with construction observation and contract management in accordance with NZS3910
Familiarity with the Auckland Unitary Plan and local council regulations
Membership in relevant professional bodies
Proficiency in design software such as 12d or Civil 3D
