Job Description

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Risk and Finance applications used by worldwide users. Among others, it includes Credit Approval & Counterparty Risk IT. The section handles applications responsible for risk data collection, risk calculation and monitoring for CACIB worldwide. It also covers Front Office Applications, Credit Decision Processing tool, Global Authorization Repository system and Default History Data Base. The applications are all in-house developments.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and assess business functional specifications
  • recommend amendments to maximize efficiency and improve business value
  • Provide clarifications when necessary
  • Work closely with L1/L2 support team & business line on resolution in support issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ relevant experience as a business analyst
  • Good knowledge in Risk area like Deals, Authorization, Guarantees, Risk Weighted Assets, etc.
  • Hands on experience on various Risk Reporting
  • Experience with data mapping and testing of risk data
  • Requirements gathering and analysis for ETL processes
  • Experience with MS SQL Server: writing queries, analyzing data, and supporting database design
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Data validation, quality assurance, and documentation of data flows
  • Experience with data mapping, process documentation, and user acceptance testing
  • Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
  • Manage the change requests during the implementation stage
  • Ensure the daily follow up for the implementation of the solution with the developers
  • Manage L3 support to ensure application stability
  • Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent degree and above in relevant discipline
  • Level of minimal experience: 3-5 years

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of project management and software development lifecycle would be a plus
  • Knowledge of scrum tools and agile process would be an added advantage
